Shipping and Delivery

 ibusostore.com offers Same-day local delivery with our drivers in certain parts of Baltimore Area, Maryland at a flat rate of $10 per order. There is a 2-hour delivery window from the time you place your order.

We also ship Nationwide. Orders placed by 3:00 PM ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ship the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. 

Please allow time to process your orders as we receive them. For our customers adding fresh/frozen perishable items (such as fish, beef, tomatoes,etc)  to their carts, for shipment, we ask for additional time to prepare your order for shipment as there are different shipping requirements for those items.

Our customers in the DMV area typically receive their orders within 2 business days after it is shipped. 

   For our customers outside of the DMV area, you usually will receive your orders between 3-5 business days after it is shipped. 

With your selection for "Shipping" upon checkout, we will send you a tracking number for your order once your order gets shipped,so you can track your order and see when it is scheduled to be delivered.

Curbside Pickup and Delivery Hours 

 ibusostore.com offers curbside pickup and Same-day local delivery only on Monday-Saturday from 9am-5pm. Orders made after the curbside pickup and local delivery hours will be processed and delivered the next day.

Not only are you getting your order fast, Ibusostore.com offers shipping at a flat rate fee of $10. To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated taxes need to be at least $100. (You cannot combine multiple orders to reach that number)

Get Your Order Fresh.
All available expiration dates are recorded and tracked, so that no expired food products will be sent out to customers.

In addition to tracking expiration dates, items are shipped using the FIFO method (First In First Out). Which means the products that are received in the facility first, gets shipped out first. This prevents products from staying in the facilities for an extended period of time. 

A visual inspection of the products is also done before it ships out.

Delivery Carriers

 ibusostore.com uses UPS for deliveries. After your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number for your order. The tracking number allows you to see when your order will be delivered. 

ibusostore.com does not ship out orders over the weekends or on major holidays. Orders placed during that time will be shipped out the next day of business.

Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to order or bad weather.

 

Returns
Due to food safety issues and the number of steps taken to ensure that quality products are shipped out, ibusostore.com does not accept returns on food items. However, please contact us if you are not satisfied with a product to discuss possible refunds.

ibusostore.com does not provide recipes for any of the food products. Nor does it provide information on how to use any of the products. Please contact the manufacturer of the product or read the instructions on how to use the product if available on the product label.
